#OperaConnects: Building bridges for World Opera Day 2026
This year, World Opera Day is built around a simple idea: opera builds bridges. Casts, creative teams, and co-productions routinely span continents; singers build careers that move between countries and cultures. Opera Connects puts that reality in the centre, inviting companies, artists, and audiences everywhere to show how opera crosses borders, languages, and cultures — on social media and on stage.
Get involved whoever you are!
